WINTER & SPRING Watercolour Wonder -  MONTHLY SATURDAY BLOCK (Jan - May) with East Lothian artist Kat Healy.

A monthly watercolour (and some mixed media) Saturday session for intermediate/experienced levels. All materials included.

This block is designed for painters with established watercolour experience. You'll explore advanced techniques and deepen your understanding of watercolour (with mixed media elements) through practical application.

Ideal if you've completed prior workshop blocks or our introductory sessions and are ready to tackle more challenging subjects with confidence.

The classes are small (max 8) to ensure plenty of support is available.

Subjects are chosen in sync with the season, inspired by nature, poetry and folklore.

19th Sept  - Lobsters - Loose and lively crustaceans with watercolour + ink

24th Oct - The River Esk - pretty early autumn scenes 

21st Nov - Festive Glowing Window (or doorway) - add touches of gouache on tinted paper

12th Dec  - Traditional Nutcracker Man - painted on a small wooden panel with touches of gold leaf
